Today we're going to be taking a look at the K-Source Replacement Side Mirror for the passenger side of your vehicle. This part is going to fit your 2007 to 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche, 2007 to 2014 Cadillac Escalade, '07 to '14 Chevrolet Tahoe, and GMC Yukon and Yukon XL, '07 to '14 Chevrolet Suburban, 2008 to 2013 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra. It also fit the 2007 Silverado and Sierra New Body, and the 2014 Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500. The side view mirror is going to be a direct replacement for the passenger side factory mirror on your vehicle. This is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. It's going to feature power remote capability, that way you can adjust the mirror face position by using the factory power controls from inside your vehicle.
It's also going to feature heated mirror glass, so it's going to do a great job at clearing frost and ice, as well as reducing fogging. It's going to have the OE-grade, convex glass with first-surface plating to reflect clear images. The convex design or convex lens is going to provide that nice wide-angle view that's really going to help reduce blind spots. It's also going to feature a breakaway designs, so if the mirror is struck from the front or the back, it will fold that way it helps deter breakage. When it comes to the construction of the housing, inaudible 00:01:16 durable plastic construction with a texture black finish. This is an easy no drill installation.
It's going to use the same footprint and mounting points as factory mirror. That's got the three studs here and each stud has one knot that comes with it. Then the mirror is going to plug into your existing electrical wiring. The original equipment or OE number is 20809948. Please keep in mind that the power remote capability and heated glass of the mirror work only if your vehicle's already equipped with those functions.
This mirror does not support the memory or power folding functions. As you can see on the bottom, it does not have a puddle lamp. That's going to do it for today's look at the K-Source Replacement Side Mirror for the passenger side.
